The app does not offer services related to:

3. Refund Policy & Chargeback Protection

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

All purchases made within the Psychic Medium George app are final and non-refundable. Since readings are personalized and instant services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the response received.

If a technical issue occurs (e.g., you are charged but do not receive a reading), you may contact support for message credit. However, monetary refunds are not available.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute through PayPal, a credit card company, or an app store (Google Play or Apple) after using the service is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Users who initiate chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized refund requests will have their accounts permanently banned without exception.
• If a chargeback is initiated, all evidence of service fulfillment will be provided to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
• By purchasing services within this app, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to the platform and psychic consultation, not for guaranteed outcomes or specific results.

4. User Conduct & Account Suspension

Users must engage respectfully within the app. The following behaviors may result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, rudeness, or abusive behavior toward Psychic Medium George or support staff
• Requesting prohibited readings (e.g., medical, legal, gambling advice)
• Engaging in fraud, including chargebacks or unauthorized refunds
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit free or promotional features
• Attempting to contact Psychic Medium George outside of the app

If an account is banned due to violations, the user forfeits any remaining credits or purchases. Banned accounts will not be refunded.

5. Service Availability & Response Time

Readings are provided based on Psychic Medium George's availability. While efforts are made to respond promptly, there is no guarantee of immediate replies. Users acknowledge that response times may vary, and delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
